Nottingham City Transport has been a customer of Angela's for many years. When she took over the account the Account holder at the time was struggling to find the time required to deal with the call centres and did not have the experience or expertise that Angela has to get the deals and services available to them. Angela took over the administration of the account and with her knowledge of the industry was able to procure them the best deals and service out there, not only saving them the hassle of dealing with the service providers but also cutting their annual bills by over £ 2600 per year in the process. Russell Thatcher from The Oar Doctor contacted Range Communications as they had received a mobile phone bill that was slightly higher than usual. They couldn’t understand why. The bills Angela were examined online and it was noticed that the increase in chargers was due to an increased usage and an, incorrectly billed, charge for insurance. When the previous bills were examined it was also noticed that a bundle on the account had been changed sometime ago in error, by the network. Range Communications contacted the network and explained what the problem was and organized for the errors to be amended and a credit from the network equivalent to 3 months worth of bills to be placed on the account.
When Angela rang the customer to advise them of the credit they were very pleased.
