Orange and T-mobile Join Forces
Last year Orange announced its intention to join forces with T-Mobile in the UK to create a new company that would truly lead Britain into the 21st century, setting a new standard for their customers.
Range Communications can now confirm that the European Commission has now approved their plans to merge and create one of Britain’s biggest telecommunications companies.
In the coming weeks they will officially begin the process of bringing together the two organisations and combining their assets. Operating as one business they believe they will offer the best 2G and 3G coverage, bringing significant benefits to their business customers.
While they are making those changes, its business as usual. Nothing changes to the way they work fortheir customers. They’ve been working behind the scenes to make sure that their integration will have the minimum of disruption to their customers.
Range Communications will keep you up to date about the benefits the joint venture will bring, but this is simply a legal tick in the box for Orange and T-mobile to move forward.
